Why teams anchor here

Everything around Workspace, taken off your desk

Buying licences is the easy part. What actually costs you time is the migration, the DNS records, the admin policies and the ticket nobody answers at 2am. That is the part we own.

Better value than buying direct

Reseller agreements, right-sized licence counts and an annual review that trims seats you stopped using. You get the same Google Workspace — bought more carefully.

Free licence audit

Migration run by specialists

Mail, calendars, contacts, shared drives and aliases moved from Microsoft 365, legacy Gmail, cPanel or IMAP — usually over a weekend, with no gap in delivery.

Zero-downtime cutover

Deliverability configured properly

SPF, DKIM and DMARC published and aligned, MX records verified, and a reporting policy so you can see who is sending as your domain.

Inbox placement checks

24/7 support from real people

One escalation path, staffed around the clock. No bot loops, no tier-one script — and a named account manager who already knows your setup.

Why buy through a reseller

Same Google Workspace. A far shorter route to it.

You can buy licences from a checkout page in four minutes. Then you own the DNS, the migration, the failed imports, the shared drive permissions and the support queue. Working with Net Cove means a partner who has done this a few thousand times sits on your side of the table.

We stay involved after go-live: quarterly reviews, licence right-sizing, new-starter and leaver workflows, and a person who picks up the phone when something looks wrong.

No change to how you buy Google

Same product, same terms, same Google Workspace admin console. We simply become the partner of record on the tenant.

Faster answers than a support portal

Urgent mail-flow issues reach an engineer, not a form. We hold escalation paths for genuinely blocking problems.

Security baselines applied on day one

Two-factor enforcement, admin role separation, external sharing rules and alerting are set before your first mailbox goes live.

Clean documentation you can keep

Every tenant we build ships with a written handover: DNS records, policy decisions, group structure and recovery contacts.

Licence reviews that reduce waste

We check seat counts against real activity and downgrade or release what nobody is using before renewal, not after.

Onboarding for the whole team

Short live sessions and a plain-English guide so people find Drive, shared calendars and Meet without a helpdesk ticket.

Migration

A move nobody in your company has to notice

Most migrations we run start on a Friday evening and finish before Monday. Staff keep working in their old mailbox until the moment we cut over, and history follows them across.

Week 1

Discovery and inventory

We audit mailbox sizes, aliases, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, calendar resources, current DNS and any apps that send mail as your domain.

Week 1–2

Tenant build and pre-sync

Your Workspace tenant is provisioned, organisational units and groups are created, policies applied, and a first pass of mail is synced in the background.

Cutover

MX switch and delta sync

Records are changed at a low-traffic window, a delta sync catches anything that arrived since, and we watch mail flow live until it settles.

Week 3

Hypercare and handover

Two weeks of priority support, desktop and mobile profile help, onboarding sessions, then a written handover pack for your records.

Coming from Microsoft 365? We keep both platforms co-existing during the transition so calendars stay bookable across the company. Nothing is deleted on the old platform until you confirm you are happy — and we hand you a verification report showing item counts matched mailbox by mailbox.

How it works

Three steps from first email to fully settled

No long procurement cycle and no discovery workshop you have to pay for. Tell us what you have today and we will come back with a plan.

Tell us about your team

Headcount, domains, current email platform and anything unusual — shared mailboxes, a CRM that sends on your behalf, a compliance requirement. A short call is usually enough.

Get a written plan and quote

You receive an edition recommendation, a migration schedule with dates, the DNS changes required and a quote tailored to your seat count — typically within one business day.

We migrate, then we stay

Our team runs the cutover out of hours, verifies delivery, trains your staff, and remains your support and billing contact for as long as you are with us.

Security & deliverability

Locked down at the perimeter, trusted at the inbox

Two things decide whether business email works: whether strangers can get in, and whether your messages land. We configure both properly, then keep watching them.

SPF, DKIM and DMARC

Records published, keys rotated and alignment verified — then a DMARC policy moved from monitoring to enforcement at a pace that will not break your CRM or invoicing tools.

Two-factor, enforced

2-Step Verification rolled out across the organisation with security keys or app prompts for admins, plus session controls for shared and kiosk devices.

Data loss prevention

Rules that stop card numbers, identity documents and confidential files leaving the company by mail or Drive link — with warnings for staff rather than silent blocks.

Admin controls that fit

Role separation, external sharing policy, app allow-lists, mobile device rules and alerting tuned to your organisation — documented so a new IT hire can pick it up.

What clients say

Teams that stopped worrying about email

We moved 146 people off Microsoft 365 over a weekend and on Monday the only questions were about where the calendar button went. Net Cove had already published the DNS changes, tested the record alignment and sat on a call with us until the last mailbox reported clean.
Rhea MalhotraHead of IT, Fernbrook & Co
Our sales mail had been quietly landing in spam for months. They rebuilt SPF, signed everything with DKIM and walked DMARC up to enforcement over six weeks. Reply rates recovered and, more importantly, we can now see exactly who is sending as our domain.
Daniel OseiRevenue Operations Lead, Quaymark Freight
What sold us was the annual review. They came back and told us to release nineteen seats and drop two people to a lower edition — without being asked. That is not something a checkout page is ever going to do for you.

Questions

Frequently asked

Anything not covered here, ask us directly — a person will answer.

Request a quote and we will share pricing tailored to your team size, chosen edition and commitment term. Because rates depend on seat count, region and contract length, publishing a single figure would be misleading.

Quotes are itemised, include any migration work, and come back to you in writing — usually within one business day.

No. Mail is pre-synced in the background while everyone keeps working on the old platform. The MX cutover happens in a low-traffic window — typically a Friday evening — and a delta sync collects anything that arrived in the meantime.

In the rare case a message is in flight during the switch, it is queued by the sending server and delivered minutes later. Nothing is lost.

Yes. We regularly migrate from Exchange Online and on-premises Exchange, from legacy free Gmail accounts, from cPanel or IMAP hosting, and from other Workspace tenants during mergers.

Mail, folder structure, calendars, contacts, shared mailboxes, distribution lists and Drive or OneDrive files all come across. You receive a verification report comparing item counts mailbox by mailbox before anything is decommissioned.

Always. The domain stays registered to you, the Workspace tenant is owned by your organisation, and your team holds super-admin access. Net Cove is recorded as the partner of record, which is what lets us support and bill the account.

If you ever move to another partner or buy direct, the tenant transfers with you. There is no lock-in and no rebuild.

Gemini assistance is built into Business Standard and above — drafting and summarising in Gmail and Docs, generating in Sheets and Slides, and note-taking in Meet.

We enable it, set the data-handling and availability controls your organisation is comfortable with, and run a short session so people actually use it. Availability of specific features varies by edition and region; we confirm what applies to you in your quote.

You reach our desk directly by email, phone or a shared chat channel, 24 hours a day. Critical issues such as interrupted mail flow are picked up in under fifteen minutes; routine requests like new starters or alias changes are handled the same business day.

Alongside the desk you have a named account manager for reviews, renewals and planning — the same person each time, not a rotating queue.
